Robert F. Reilly

Robert Reilly is a managing director of Willamette Management Associates. Robert has been the principal analyst on over 2,000 valuations of businesses, business interests, and intellectual properties in virtually every industry and business sector. Robert holds an MBA in finance and a BA in economics, both from Columbia University. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser in business valuation, a Certified Public Accountant/Accredited in Business Valuation, a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Certified Management Accountant, a Certified Business Appraiser, an Enrolled Agent, and an Accredited Tax Advisor. Robert has authored over 300 professional journal articles on valuation-related topics. He is the co-author or co-editor of numerous professional books, such as Valuing a Business, Valuing Intangible Assets, and The Handbook of Business Valuation and Intellectual Property Analysis. Robert has served as an editor and regular columnist for such publications as Small Business Taxation, The Ohio CPA Journal, Business Valuation Review, and The Journal of Real Estate Accounting and Taxation. He is currently an editor for the ABI Journal and he is the intellectual property editor for Valuation Strategies.

Robert P. Schweihs

Bob Schweihs is a managing director of the firm. Bob holds an MBA in economics and finance from the University of Chicago and a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser in business valuation and a Certified Business Appraiser. Bob served the maximum number of terms as a trustee of The Appraisal Foundation, the standards setting organization for the appraisal profession. He is the co-author or co-editor of numerous professional books, such as Valuing a Business, Valuing Intangible Assets, and The Handbook of Business Valuation and Intellectual Property Analysis.

Curtis R. Kimball

Curtis Kimball is a managing director of the firm. He is national director of estate and gift tax services and director of our Atlanta office. Curt holds an MBA from Emory University and a BA in economics from Duke University. Curt is an Accredited Senior Appraiser in business valuation and a Chartered Financial Analyst. He currently serves as a member of the Business Valuation Committee and the International Ethics Committee of the American Society of Appraisers. He is a member of the Council of Examiners and the Disciplinary Review Committee of the CFA Institute.

Timothy J. Meinhart

Tim Meinhart is a principal of the firm and director of our Chicago office. Tim holds an MBA from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University and a BS in finance from Northern Illinois University. Tim is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers, certified in business valuation. He currently serves as an officer of the Chicago chapter of the ASA. He is also a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers and the Business Valuation Association of Chicago.

James G. Rabe

Jim Rabe is a managing director of the firm and director of our Portland, Oregon, office. Jim holds an MBA in finance from Washington University and a BS in business administration with a major in finance from the University of Missouri at Columbia. He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers, certified in business valuation. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the State of Oregon, and is Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a member of the Portland Society of Financial Analysts, The ESOP Association, and the Estate Planning Council of Portland.
